Individual Therapy

At Positive Space, we believe that fostering a positive and caring relationship with yourself is a building block of secure connection with others in your life. Do you feel unimportant, unseen, or alone? Do you give to others without knowing how to receive in return? Do you struggle with saying "no" or taking time for yourself? Are you feeling lost in a relationship and unsure how to make things better?

Whether this is your first time attending therapy or you are returning, I understand the vulnerability and courage it takes to put words to your worries and shine light into the dark places. I work with individuals to build a collaborative partnership and use a relational perspective drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence based approach that is grounded in the science of human attachment. I support an environment where you can feel heard and have the opportunity to reflect on and explore your emotions and experiences in new ways.
